There are 2 people present at the training — the trainer and owner of the agency. The trainer analyses the interior surfaces condition in each room, the presence of complex surfaces, the quality of home cleaning, team cohesion and cleaning speed. She teaches high standards of work, correctness of processes performed, speed, and behaviuor in high profile homes. Analyses the available cleaning equipment and cleaning, care and protective products.

Owner of the agency monitors the quality and training programme, compiles a training report in which she gives recommendations on what needs to be purchased for perfect care of interior surfaces, how to improve staff performance, as well as recommendations on creating ideal comfort in the home regarding housekeepers.
