Candidate registration on the agency database

- passport, residence permit or ID;
- photo for the portfolio;
- education diploma;
- certificates and licenses;
- recommendations (minimum of 3 references);
- criminal record check;
- driver’s license (for private drivers);
- video business card about yourself (1–2 minutes in length).
An applicant’s visit to the office is by appointment only. Applicants who are already participating in the recruitment selection process for a specific vacancy are invited to the office. An agency recruiter agrees convenient time and day and sends an invitation. An applicant can enter into an agreement with the agency for employment services online. After an interview with an applicant, an agency manager sends the link to the contract, terms of which can be filled out and accepted remotely, without visiting the agency office. Why do I need an agreement with the agency? Simply put, the agency cannot introduce you to a client without your permission to share your personal data as part of the employment.

The agency checks references from previous places of work first and if they are positive and real, then the agency can introduce the candidate to the client. We very often hear from job seekers: “Introduce me first and I will then provide my references directly to the employer.”.
