1. Selection

2. Contacting the agency:


3. Clarifying details of the required service and agreeing on the terms of cooperation with the agency:

  • signing of the agreement;
  • registration fee;
  • home service provision not related to staff recruitment.

4. Personnel recruitment::

  • Profile analysis of candidates interested in the vacancy;
  • Forming candidate’s portfolio and candidate screening:
    • a candidate's cover letter,
    • due diligence check,
    • a video business card,
    • a report on references check from previous jobs,
    • a portfolio of food (for a chef).
  • First candidates offer within 24 hours from starting work on a vacancy.

5. Presenting candidates to a client.


6. Client interview with candidates (via video or face to face).


7. Trial days for domestic staff:

  • 3 days for all personnel;
  • 7 days for House Managers.

8. Hiring:

  • signing an agreement and service act with the agency;
  • commission payment to the agency;
  • assistance with signing a contract between an employer and an employee;
  • assistance with signing a non-disclosure agreement;
  • candidate starts a new job.

9. Replacement Guarantee:

  • guarantee of a free candidate’s replacement in case of his dismissal (up to 12 months).
