How We Assess Yacht Crew Candidates
Yacht crew may have access to confidential itineraries, distinguished guests, children, valuable assets and sensitive information about the owner’s private life, business interests and investment activities. For British, European and global UHNW clients, technical competence and relevant yacht experience form only part of our assessment.
